Day 1

Airport / Colombo

A CL Synergy Travels tour guide will await your arrival at the Colombo International Airport. Assuming the arrival is in the morning, transfer to Colombo for a Colombo City Tour.

Colombo is a cosmopolitan city buzzing with glamour, a splendor of culinary treats to indulge in, shopping and a steep cultural heritage like no other. In a Half Day City Tour one will visit places like the Old Parliament, Colombo Fort, Colombo’s ancient trade port in Pettah, Cinnamon Gardens, Independence Square, Galle Face Green, Gangarama Temple, BMICH, and more. You can also enjoy a rewarding Colombo Shopping Tour and stock up on some bargain souvenirs to take home.

Day 2

Colombo / Sinharaja

After a leisurely breakfast, checkout from the hotel and travel to Singharaja Rain forest for a trekking tour which is an amazing World Heritage site (On DAY 3).

Day 3

Sinharaja / Udawalawe

After an early breakfast, proceed to explore the mesmerizing Singharaja Forest. Sinharaja Rainforest is an 18,899 hectare virgin rain forest. Today, sadly this is the largest remaining rainforest reserve in Sri Lanka. Visitors can trek through this refreshing tropical lowland rainforest and expect to discover over 147 recoded bird species. The best time to visit the Sinharaja Forest Reserve is from August to September and January to March.

Upon completing, drive to Udawalawe National Park for a Jeep Safari (On DAY 4)

Day 4

Udawalawe / Bundala / Tissamaharama

With a breakfast to go, head towards. Udawalawa National Park for a thrilling Safari. The park is over 30,000 hectares of wild nature reserve that is bordering the dry zone. The main attraction at the park is its wild Elephants. It is also a popular destination for bird lovers in Sri Lanka.

Upon completing, travel to Bundala National Park for yet another thrilling Safari adventure.

Bundala is a 6,216 hectare scenic National Park that boarders a coastal lagoon and less commercialized than its neighbor. The most prominent visitor to the park are the beautiful flamingoes that add a striking color to the scenery. It is the only National Park in Sri Lanka where visitors get to observe both species of crocodiles that live in the country. A vast concentration of estuarine crocodiles live in the lagoon areas and in the estuary of the Kirindi Oya river, while the mugger or the freshwater crocodile thrive in the small freshwater lakes and in the upper regions of the Kirindi Oya (river). The best time to visit the park is from May through to September.

After completing, drive to Tissamaharama.

Day 5

Tissamaharama / Yala / Tissamaharama

After an early breakfast, we will do a full day safari tour at the world famous Yala National Park. It has the highest density of Leopards in the world, and also home to Elephants, Crocadiles, and dozens of birds. DON’T MISS IT!

Day 6

Tissamaharama / Hikkaduwa

After breakfast, head towards the beautiful beaches in Hikkaduwa. En route, visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Galle Fort.

Day 7

Hikkaduwa / Airport

After an early breakfast, checkout of the hotel and transfer to the airport. En route, visit the Kosgoda “Turtle Hatchery” and take a fresh water boat ride in Madu Ganga. If time permits, stop by more sites along the way or do some shopping in Colombo (Please check with us!). Your journey with CL Synergy Travels ends here.
